By wins.
Then by win rate.
Players who are still tied share a rank.
Weekly and monthly standings require a minimum number of graded picks to be ranked. A pick counts in the week and month of the game's Eastern Time date.
The leaderboard is for fun and recognition only. There are no prizes.
