Inner Circle refund policy
Inner Circle payments are non-refundable once access is provided, except where required by law. Duplicate charges and billing errors are reviewed.

How to avoid a duplicate subscription
Check for your existing Inner Circle email before starting a new trial. If you were charged twice, contact Support.
What to include when you ask for billing help
Give Support your checkout email, the date and amount, and what went wrong. Never send card numbers.
Payment failed or card declined
Update your payment method in the billing portal. Failed payments are retried for about two weeks before the subscription is cancelled.
How the 7-day free trial works
You get full Inner Circle access free for 7 days. Then it is $29.99 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
