Try these steps
Open the game in the Telegram mobile app or desktop app. Telegram Web in a browser may not load it.
Update Telegram to the latest version.
Close the game and open @PickBotGameBot again.
Check your internet connection.
Check pickbotsports.com/status for a known problem.
