How to read a pick: moneylines, spreads, totals, odds, units, live picks and outcomes.
A unit is a standard bet size used to track results. PickBot units are for record-keeping, not advice on how much to bet.
Most picks are pregame. Live picks are made during a game, hedges offset an earlier pick, and a parlay is one combined bet.
Lines move after a pick is posted, and sportsbooks offer different numbers. Check the current line before you bet.
Sports results are uncertain. PickBot does not guarantee outcomes, and past results do not guarantee future results.
A moneyline picks the winner, a spread picks a margin, and a total picks over or under a combined score.
Negative odds show how much you risk to win $100. Positive odds show how much you win on a $100 bet.
A pick finishes as a win, loss, push (tie on the line) or void (market cancelled). A result message reports how an earlier pick finished.
Each pick message has a header with the sport and league, then the selection. PickBot does not show confidence ratings.
